- Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities with potential clients in the IT outsourcing and Salesforce consulting market.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients — ensuring satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and solution demos tailored to client needs.
- Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth project handover and client onboarding.
- Track and report sales pipeline, forecasts, and KPIs to the Sales Manager on a weekly basis.
- Represent Sonix at industry events, networking sessions, and client meetings to grow brand presence.
- Other tasks assigned by the Sales Manager.
✦ Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in IT services, software, or SaaS.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English (written and spoken).
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets with a self-motivated, results-driven mindset.
- Good understanding of software development or IT outsourcing business models.
◇ Nice to Have
- Japanese language proficiency (N3 or above) — a strong advantage for working with Japanese clients.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM or other CRM tools for pipeline management.
- Existing network in the IT or technology industry in Vietnam or Japan.
