Responsibilities
  • Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities with potential clients in the IT outsourcing and Salesforce consulting market.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients — ensuring satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and solution demos tailored to client needs.
  • Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth project handover and client onboarding.
  • Track and report sales pipeline, forecasts, and KPIs to the Sales Manager on a weekly basis.
  • Represent Sonix at industry events, networking sessions, and client meetings to grow brand presence.
  • Other tasks assigned by the Sales Manager.

Qualifications

✦ Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in IT services, software, or SaaS.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English (written and spoken).
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets with a self-motivated, results-driven mindset.
  • Good understanding of software development or IT outsourcing business models.

◇ Nice to Have

  • Japanese language proficiency (N3 or above) — a strong advantage for working with Japanese clients.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM or other CRM tools for pipeline management.
  • Existing network in the IT or technology industry in Vietnam or Japan.
