The bus left Ho Chi Minh City early in the morning before the streetlights turned off. The exciting part was not the long road ahead, but how the whole team broke the ice right on the bus: work stories gradually gave way to laughter, enthusiastic karaoke performances, and those who were normally quiet at work suddenly became the life of the party. The atmosphere warmed up with every kilometer, and everyone could feel it. This was not just a trip, but an opportunity for the whole team to truly be themselves.
The first stops in the mountain town were merely excuses for the team to capture more group photos and create more stories to tell later.
