Three months ago, Sonix Vietnam officially launched with a simple goal: help Vietnamese SMBs understand whether Salesforce actually fits their business, before getting into implementation. This isn’t a post meant to show off results. It’s an honest look at what’s worked, and what we’re still figuring out.
Below are the real numbers from the past three months, along with where things are headed next.

The Real Numbers
How Sonix Vietnam’s First Three Months Actually Went
Over the first three months, Sonix published more than 50 articles about Salesforce, ranging from basic concepts to industry-specific deep dives. Alongside that, the team ran dozens of free 1-on-1 consultations with SMBs weighing whether to adopt a CRM, and a handful of those have already gone live or are currently in implementation.

The number that matters most, even though it never shows up on a chart, is how many of those conversations ended with “we don’t need Salesforce right now.” At Sonix, that counts as a good outcome too, because the goal was never to sell the most, but to help the right people make the right decision.
The Biggest Lesson
The Biggest Lesson: Vietnamese SMBs Need Certainty More Than a Feature List
Across dozens of conversations, a clear pattern emerged: the question that holds most SMB CEOs back isn’t “what can Salesforce do,” but “how do I know this is the right decision.” Very few people needed a longer list of features. Most needed someone who understood their context, was willing to say directly when a solution wasn’t the right fit, and explained the risks clearly instead of only talking about the benefits.
This observation lines up with what Gartner’s research found at a much larger scale: the biggest challenge in B2B purchase decisions today isn’t a lack of information, it’s a lack of certainty in the face of abundant, high-quality, yet often conflicting information, which makes it harder for buyers to judge which option is actually right. This is why most of Sonix’s content over the past three months has focused on explaining, comparing, and at times advising readers not to implement yet, rather than just promoting features.
What’s Next
Where Sonix Is Focusing Next Month
Based on what’s been learned, the next stretch will look noticeably different in three ways. First, content will go deeper into specific industries instead of speaking broadly to every kind of SMB, since a distribution company and a private clinic run into very different problems even when both are technically “sales processes.” Second, more real case studies will be shared, always clearly labeled as illustrative scenarios versus actual results from real customers, because blurring that line would undermine the same trust this content is trying to build. Third, less theory, more practical content, things that can actually be applied right away rather than just read for general knowledge.
The goal stays the same: help the right people make the right decision, whether or not that decision is choosing Sonix. If the honest answer for your company right now is “not yet,” that’s still a conversation worth having, and still counts as time well spent from where we sit.
Thank you to everyone who’s followed along these past three months
